Regional Business Development - Charlotte

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to offer a cloud-based recurring subscription system to the Real Estate industry, mainly home builders and banks.

We have been in business for 30 years and are looking to expand our customer base in the Greenville, SC and Charlotte/Raleigh/Greensboro, NC areas.

This position will ideally be based out of Charlotte or Raleigh, with the ability to travel to the Greenville, SC and Charlotte/Raleigh/Greensboro, NC areas.

Though you will not be office based, you will be expected to track all sales information in our system and report to our Director of Business Development on a regular basis.

This position offers a base and ongoing commission on a recurring revenue service. This leads to a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business, and grow a portfolio of clients where you'll receive a growing commission based on your ever-increasing customer base.

• Sales experience is required.
• Experience in the home building industry is a big plus.
• Experience in Real Estate is a plus.

Expected first year earnings are a minimum of $55,000, with the ability to increase significantly from there.
